6) Educational use & professional-advice disclaimer

Prices, features, and billing cycles will be shown at checkout.
Taxes may apply based on your location.
Unless otherwise noted, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.

15) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CALC HUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to use the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; in those places, we will apply the maximum limitations permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Calc Hub and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will continue after termination.

18) Geographic restrictions & compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the Services. We do not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in every location. Access from territories where our content or services are illegal is prohibited.

19) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where All Calc Hub is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located there for any disputes that are not subject to arbitration (if applicable). Where required by local law, consumers may be able to bring claims in their home jurisdiction.

If your business prefers arbitration, we can add an arbitration clause and class-action waiver tailored to your jurisdiction.

21) Miscellaneous

No waiver: A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

No assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement: These Terms, along with any posted policies (e.g., Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and All Calc Hub regarding the Services.
